Congratulations to Molly Poland- her painting, Sunrise Meadow, has been selected as the winning entry for North Carolina’s 13th District in the Congressional Art Competition!  They were very impressed with the rich use of color, successful execution, and overall visual impact.

As the winner from the 13th District of North Carolina, Sunrise Meadow will be displayed in the Cannon Tunnel at the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington, D.C. for 11 months, and Molly and one guest have been invited to attend the Congressional Art Competition reception in D.C.  Additionally, she is eligible to receive a $3,000 per year scholarship to Savannah College of Art and Design, if she chooses to apply and be accepted for enrollment.
