Broken Chromebook or Charger?
While it is imperative to take care of your student Chromebook, sometimes accidents do happen. You should let us know as soon as you notice that your Chromebook or charger is damaged. There is a repair fees associated for any damage that is deemed repairable. You will receive an invoice for these repairs. This fee will need to be paid before repairs will be made. This fee will be charged each time there is damage that needs repair.
If the damage cannot be repaired, the Chromebook will be deemed as a Total Device Loss. This will require a complete replacement of the Chromebook. The replacement fee is $330
